RETURN POLICY

We make every attempt in Rug Gallery to give you 100% satisfaction with your purchase and want you in the future to come back with us. We maintain a complex refund policy for you if you’re not completely satisfied with your order.

1. WITHIN HOW MANY DAYS CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?

You may return the rugs within 7 days of receipt of your order if your purchase is not complete. Deficient or defective products are exempt. See section 5 below for defective or incomplete goods.

2. CONDITIONS for return the rugs?

Rugs must be returned in original type and colours. The substance must be in fresh shape for actual packaging. Please do not write or insert any tape in the product’s actual packaging. In a shipping case, pack the product with its box. Products shall be free from all flaws and/or scratches. 

3. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCOMPLETE ORDER.

In the event of damage to, flaw, or incompleteness to your device and if it has not yet been mounted, we will swap it for you or send the defective products to you at no cost. Within 3 days of receipt of the shipment, you must inform us of any lost, faulty or unfinished orders. For the sale of faulty goods, the restocking fee and delivery expenses are fully forgiven. Whether you chose not to do so

4. WILL SHIPPING COSTS BE REFUNDED AS WELL?

The consumer will be responsible for all postage costs for refunds or transfers that are not due to our mistake (to the customer and back). The direct postage charges are included in the deduction for Free Shipping orders. See paragraph 3 above for returns/exchanges of orders lost, faulty or incomplete.

5. IS THERE A RESTOCKING FEE?

[Note: Remover charge only added if you want to return/exchange. 20 per cent Removal charge for both products. See Section 3 above for orders that are lost, faulty or unfinished. The restoration fee is subject to 20 per cent of the restocking fee for each piece.

6. CANCELLATION POLICY

It enters into processing after making an order and cannot be terminated. If you plan to terminate an order delivery, the return and regular return policies would be accepted. Backorders are an exception. Backorder orders will be terminated before delivered. Orders returned to our warehouse because the client is not deliverable.
