Refund policy

With our 30-day return policy, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. To be eligible for returns and exchanges on any type of rug, they must be in the same condition as when purchased with tags still attached and delivered via original packaging or receipt within us. We will refund, if the rug will be in the same condition as you were purchased from us.
